The aim of the annual report is to give a brief overview of what the Conwy and Denbighshire Public Services Board (PSB) has achieved each financial year since the PSB well-being plan was published. It is important that the PSB is accountable to the public and these reports help the PSB to self-reflect on where they feel they are making a difference, in line with the 5 ways of working as well as outlining the Board’s future direction.
