Self Assessment Pledge Form

Thank you for signing up to the Conwy and Denbighshire Public Services Board (PSB) Community Green Pledges initiative and taking the time to let us know what you’ve been up to.

If you have any issues completing the online form, please contact us.  Alternatively you can complete the word version of the self-assessment and return it to countyconversation@conwy.gov.uk.

  • What Green Change(s) has your community group made? Remember you can add your own green changes!
  • Bronze Status – for 1 to 4 Green Changes

  • For example – Green Change 1: improve the energy efficiency of community buildings.

    For example – We’ve upgraded our lighting by switching to LED bulbs and invested in motion sensors in some of our spaces (e.g. toilets)

  • Silver Status – for 5 to 8 Green Changes

  • Once we have looked at your evidence, we will send you a signed pledge certificate for you to display and let others know your community group has made changes to reduce your environmental impact.
